Built around 1834 near Trenton, Missouri, the Thompson House is Grundy County’s oldest known building. The non-profit Friends of the Thompson House has worked for years to preserve and restore it.

Produced through Rorebeck Realty for the organization, this film is part of Huber Media Collective’s continuing working relationship with the people responsible for the historic site’s restoration.
